I ended up at the Rijks museum where I had the option of a informal or formal audio tour, seeing how I dont prefer anything formal and since I was still happy from my coffee I choose the informal tour, I was delighted to hear the soothing voice of Depardieu taking me on a journey stopping me at a painting where he made me take notice of the shadows of the plate on the table over hanging the edge as if you could reach out and pick it up or the small reflection in his wine glass of the window with light coming from behind him while he painted. I was memorized. FYI painting is ed "still life with a salt" by Claesz if you wish to look up and visualize the beauty I saw. what I took away from my trip was that no matter where I go or what I do its about the adventure and exploration and although it was possibly one of the most peaceful and self exploring trips Ive ever taken I would do it over again in a heartbeat with someone special. someone not afraid of there shaddow or saying f it Im down for some crazy sh.t. life is too short and if its not filled with love, lust, good food, and warm hearts then your not living. I sit in my hot tub with the doors open to the wilderness in my back yard saying to myself, its time to stop working 60 hour weeks, stop making excuses, find someone deserving of my heart and soul and then I can be eternally happy.
